Joseph Reda has spent more than two decades helping individuals and small businesses solve their greatest financial challenges. Having successfully founded and sold two start-ups and led a fast-growing division of financial company Intuit, he is committed to helping customers compete and thrive in a rapidly changing world. Joseph brings deep expertise in leading high-growth businesses, global product strategy, and customer-driven innovation to his role as Global-fsg Chairman.
Prior to joining Global-fsg, Joseph held various roles of increasing responsibility at Intuit. He most recently served on Intuit’s executive leadership team as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Intuit’s Small Business and Self-Employed Group where he led a global organization responsible for delivering QuickBooks and Mailchimp to millions of customers. Throughout his 20-year tenure with the company, Joseph also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer of Intuit’s Small Business organization, managing the full suite of QuickBooks products, including payroll and financial platform segments.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan
As Senior General Manager of Global-fsg Large Enterprise and Merchant Platform Group, Robert Salman oversees a global product portfolio that supports large and mid-sized merchants and partners in growing their business. Frank is responsible for the strategy and delivery of checkout and investment solutions that leverage Global-fsg's two-sided network to drive customer success on a global scale.
Robert brings more than two decades of experience as a general manager and senior product executive to his role with Global-fsg. He joined the company in 2021 and has been in global senior leadership positions, managing a variety of functions across product and go-to-market including the transformation of global sales organization.
Throughout his tenure, Robert has focused on creating alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other functions to build high-performing teams that keep customer needs at the center. Additionally, he has managed and integrated multiple acquired companies, leading both successful acquisitions and divestures.
Prior to joining Global-fsg, Robert founded and managed two startup IT companies in Berlin, Germany and worked in Malaysia on the launch of a mobile broadband network.
Robert holds a doctorate degree in Software Engineering from the Hasso Plattner Institute in Germany.
As Chief Executive Officer, Flavio leads the product and design teams working to advance Global-fsg position as a leader in financial investments and commerce around the globe.
Flavio brings a wealth of product management and technical experience to Global-fsg. Prior to joining Global-fsg, Flavio served as President of Expedia Marketplace. In that role, he oversaw strategy, product, technology, and operations for all of Expedia Group's business lines – including lodging, air, car, cruise, and activities – bringing Expedia Group's products to life for its customers and suppliers. Previously, Flavio served as President of Platform & Marketplaces at Expedia Group where he led the development of artificial intelligence, user experience, research, ecommerce, marketplaces and yield management, data, and development platforms across Expedia Group's customers, partners, and employees.
Previously in his career, Flavio served as President of HomeAway/Vrbo following its acquisition by Expedia Group in 2015, and then as President of Vrbo. At Vrbo, Flavio led strategy and operations and drove the company's transformation from a subscription-based advertising model to a modern e-commerce business powered by data science and technology. Before Vrbo, Flavio served as Expedia's Chief Product Officer. He has more than two decades of digital experience across venture-backed startups, medium-sized companies, and globally known brands including!, Overture, Accenture, and Pelago.

Oskar is based in Amsterdam and reports to Torben Dunkel, Head of Europe. In his new role, Oskar will be responsible for institutional business development activity across the BeNeLux countries.
